ReGiving-Good for Pittsburgh
We're sorry that the images aren't showing up - we're working to bring them back. Meanwhile, you can see them on our Facebook page here!
Greetings Reuse Fans!
From time to time we like to spread the word about CJ ReGives, a program of Community Outreach to benefit Pittsburgh area environmental, social service, and arts nonprofits. When we receive a volume donation, we make a portion of the items available through ReGives for partial—which means that ReGives pays for a substantial discount—or full donation. In 2014, CJ re-gifted materials to 36 nonprofit organizations and we intend to continue this good work in 2015. Our most recent CJ ReGives donation was a partial donation of lockers to a local youth project, “The kids are going to love these lockers.”
Currently we have some kitchen cabinets, some 2 x 4 ft fluorescent drop-in light fixtures and a few other types of material available. So if you know of a nonprofit that could make good use of any of these, please point them in the direction of CJ ReGives and we'll be happy to consider their application. All the info they need is here. -- Mike Gable, Executive Director
